Happy Thanksgiving! What's the main course?
Turkey for sure

BRRRRAAAAIIIINNNNZZZZ
Turkey. At Cracker Barrel this year (first time ever).
If we were doing it at home, it would still be turkey, but with a side of Italian sausage - as it has been for decades.

I voted turkey, but the real hero is gravy; It goes on everything, even the veg and cranberries. Pie should also have been an option.

Am a vegetarian so no meat…
Just meet and eat.

@Froodyfrog is all we need for a main course.
In-laws…the turkey will be served Saharan-style.

I like turkey my husband does not as much so he will have ham I will have turkey till he wants a leftover sandwich with my turkey … pressure cooker for ham turkey got the breast that I’d cook in bag easy simple both happy and thankful for full bellies…. Pre made (yesterday) mashed potatoes and the Pumpkin pie so just have stuffing ham turkey and Aldi sweet potato casserole to make today simple….

The protein is turkey, but in the form of a Cornish pasty along with sweet potato, stuffing, and onion served with a cranberry gravy sauce. Delicious!
My husband would say the Cheesecake Factory Cinnabon cheesecake we got…
Lasagna. It’s what my grown stepsons’ Mom always made for Thanksgiving and we make to honor her memory and their family tradition. Of course we use her recipe.
I will enjoy Turkey and Ham at my brother’s home on Saturday, or as we call it, Second Thanksgiving. His kids all have families now and this just works better for everyone .
So Happy Thanksgiving to all, however you celebrate and whoever you celebrate with.

My family did our Thanksgiving on Monday. We had turkey as our main course. Of course we didn’t have the good kind of pie…for some reason we don’t do pizza.
