Hasnt been delivered after 10 days?

Its been 10 days since I placed my order and I have yet to receive it at my destination in Oregon.

The smartpost tracker hasnt changed from “Shipment information sent to FedEx” since the 21st of July when I placed my order.

Whats going on here? :confused:
