Every mug, including the Silver Buffalo ones, have come in their own boxes. Why were these taken out of those boxes and packed together by someone that has obviously never moved even a few miles before? (Rhetorical)
If you can, re-order them separately. At least that way, maybe just maybe, they will be shipped well packed, and in their retail packaging. Happy Birthday and good luck!
Yes, mine came packed the same way! It was with the hello kitty glass tumbler which luckily was in its original box. Fortunately my mug didnt have any damage but a robot would have packed these better. Also, I like having it in the original box for gifting. I just need to be thankful mine didnt breal and shutup now.
Fortunately I ordered one and it came intact surrounded with 2 wads of brown paper in a brown box (and AMZ didn’t pack it with Spam (from another Woot order) which got badly dented in a poly bag). The problem with many of these fragile products is that they come from the manufacturer intended for retail display so they shipped with cardboard dividers but not individually protected (say, with a small box)..
I ordered one and it broken in 100 pieces. Sad thing is I bought it for a gift.
