My one sort of claim to sort of fame is that I know her and her family. She’s grown up now and in college.
You know, I was just thinking about that last week when I saw that meme another place. How old is she and what does she think about being immortalized in a meme.
She was four when that photo was taking by her father, if I remember right. She’s now 20 and likes the meme. She was on TV for it a few years back, I think, and licensed her likeness at least once to raise money for college. Her dad took the picture at a burn-to-learn thing for firefighters and submitted it to a photography magazine. It went viral from there.
I met her dad through a photography site called Zooomr way back in the day. They’re all really nice people.
