Help! I need to contact Woot!

I purchased a Ninja coffee carafe system and I can’t contact anyone to be able to return it. I followed the procedure to return it on the woot app and no one contacts me.

Hi there. I see that they answered you twice on 10/24. The emails will go to the email address on your Woot account. Make sure you check your spam/junk folders.

If you’re not finding their email, contact them again and give them another email address to try. And, if needed, update the email address on your Woot account.
