Help! Product purchased thru Woot does not work

I purchased a refurbished Kindle 8.9 and it came today. It looks good, is clean, and charged fine, but refuses to register into my account. I have done this a LOT of times before with other Kindle devices but this one will NOT register. Without registering this device, I will not be able to access any of my content in the cloud.

How do I return this and get one that actually works?
