Help!

Help! I created this Woot account using my Amazon account, and it’s under an old email I can’t access, and apparently that’s the only way I can communicate with customer support or handle returns!

Please help me with my return label, and/or to change my email account with Woot. I see where to do that, but it asks for a password to my Woot account that I don’t have, because I only have my Amazon password that signs me in!

Hi there. Email support@woot.com with your order number. Reference your old email address and that you’d like the return label sent to the new email address.

Then email support@woot.com again asking if they can update your email address on your woot account. Give them your old and new email addresses.

That should take care of you.
