Help! I created this Woot account using my Amazon account, and it’s under an old email I can’t access, and apparently that’s the only way I can communicate with customer support or handle returns!

Please help me with my return label, and/or to change my email account with Woot. I see where to do that, but it asks for a password to my Woot account that I don’t have, because I only have my Amazon password that signs me in!

Hi there. Email with your order number. Reference your old email address and that you’d like the return label sent to the new email address.

Then email again asking if they can update your email address on your woot account. Give them your old and new email addresses.

That should take care of you.
