How about mountain oysters? Although their name doesnât say nuggets I can assure you they are the truest form of a nugget there is.

Iâll allow it. I assure you those are better as a fried nugget than any other form.
I prefer the bull be allowed to keep them.
Fish nuggets? No
Taco nuggets? No
Pancake nuggets? Bleh
Bean nuggets? No
Soup nuggets? Aw hell no.
