Are these the latest generation with Terrabond?
Looks great; however: “The brand has just agreed to a $2.5 million class action lawsuit settlement over claims that it falsely advertised its cookware as devoid of the forever chemicals that studies have linked to global warming.”
These are likely the older version which is why we’re not selling them in some states.
