This is a little tempting, but I already have like 3 or 4 that are similar (different brands). They are super handy as summit packs when we’re doing a 2-3 day trip up to Kings Peak here in Utah. Or for taking to amusement parks to carry spare jackets/sweatshirts in case it gets cold/rainy. But they really can’t take much weight in them without getting annoying pretty quick.
One trick I’ve found… if you do need to put a significant amount of weight in it, get one of those cheap EVA camping pads and cut a piece to slide inside the pack against the back panel. That will give it a little structure, and make carrying more weight a lot more bearable.

I kinda doubt that these are anywhere near 24L. 24L would hold 48 500ml bottles of water.
