I’d like to see more pictures of items on Woot. I’d like to see the remote, where the hookups are, the thinness (or thickness) of the TV. I can read the dimensions, but a picture is worth a thousand words.
Ummm… why is this thing listed as a full web smart tv?? There is nothing smart or online about this TV. I feel taken advantage of with this purchase.

Checked the Model numbers - definitely the wrong Item. Sent email to CS. Can you tell me what the normal procedure would be?

CS will fill you in but you will need to locate a box to return it. Check at U-Haul.
Same here. I receive the 40H3E model. NOT a Smart TV!!!
Update: Woot sent me the correct TV at no charge and provided the shipping for the incorrect TV at no charge.
