If you have a good source to get these for a quarter, you should go into business selling them. You could make a killing undercutting everyone else’s prices. Cheapest I can find is around $1.86 each on Amazon in a 4 pack (3rd party, stainless).
They might be cheaper than that at HD or Lowes, but I still doubt they’re 25 cents.
