Anyone know where to find a frequency response graph of the Pinnacle Speaker Baby Boomer Dual 8" Subwoofer? So strange how few professional reviews these subs get
woot! is selling Polk Audio Atrium 4 Outdoor Speakers for $129 and yet Amazon has them for $101.98. What’s the deal? I guess I can have no confidence in woot! prices.
Any chance of getting the Pyle PT595AUBT 5.1 back side contacts picture? I’m on the edge of buying.
Unfortunately, we can’t control Amazon’s pricing. They lowered their pricing last week after we had this sale set up. Growl.
Hello WOOT community. I am Arin with Pinnacle Speakers, TEAM LEADER consumer division. Pinnacle is a family owned and operated USA based company, established in 1976. That’s 38 years and nearly 4 decades. We are the oldest independently owned and operated USA based speaker company with the longest running management team in the industry. We are famous in the Speaker and consumer electronics industry and known specifically for superior performance, innovative engineering and old fashioned, personal service. STEREOPHILE MAGAZINE’S PETER MITCHELLE said our product was “SHOCKINGLY GOOD FOR THE MONEY”. That was a $700 pair of superb full size bookshelf speakers. Stereo Vision (formerly Stereo Review Magazine) said, “Pinnacle’s model sounds almost as good as our reference Speakers costing twenty times as much”. They were comparing a tiny shelf speaker @ $149 to their studio reference Speakers of $3,000. We do it time and again!! We make amazing products and have sold millions of speakers. We have products ranging from “BUDGET AUDIOPHILE” to TRUE AUDIOPHILE up to $8,000. We offer these exclusive and honestly ridiculous “no brainer” deals to WOOT as an exclusive buy it now, snooze or lose opportunity.
I will be here monitoring the forum to assist in answering any and all questions regarding our products. I have been with Pinnacle for 10 years and I will proudly tell you,we make terrific products. I am quite knowledgeable about our products and speakers in general, but if something is technically beyond me, I have access to one of our audio engineers for the highly technical questions. There is no such thing as a “DUMB” question. These are complicated decisions. So, if you have a question, please ask. Chances are your question will also help many other Woot forum people.
I am a specialist in Pinnacle, although I cannot speak for other company products, I can try to assist in building a system with our products and some existing items you may already own.
Thanks for your participation in this forum
I can’t find any reviews on the LG NB3530AB. Does anyone know if it is the same as the LG NB3530A?
The BABY BOOMER has been a mainstay for a long time and outlasting most all super compact subwoofers. I am providing links to you from 2 dedicated BABY BOOEMER reviews from prestigious and respected audio reviewers. Bear in mind all their commentary and views are based on the BABY BOOMER @ $1000!!!
here for this market exclusive WOOT only price, there cannot be anything better.
BABY BOOMER IS NOW SOLD OUT!
WE RECOMMEND YOU CONSIDER IT’S LITTLE BROTHER, (NOT THAT MUCH MORE LITTLE) SUBSONIC!!
Also a superb small footprint subwoofer using the same design principals as BABY BOOMER.
Anyone know how much speaker cable typically comes with these 5.1 systems. Like the samsung 1000w system for example. Will it come with enough to run the rear speakers all the way to the other side of the room or should I go out and pick up a spool of cable?
Yes it is the same as NB3530A. Typically you will find that when goods are refurbished they will use the manufacturer’s sku and add a “B” at the end of them.
Usually (and I’m just speaking on my experience with HTIBs) these systems do not come with speaker wire. I could be wrong though since I do not own any of the systems in this sale.
Hi Arin- Quick question. Are the:
S-FIT TWR 1050 5-Element Floor Speakers
Overkill for a apartment/condo? Ours is spacious (factory loft) but we don’t want to wake the neighbors
I have those same towers in my 1-bedroom (820 square feet). I have yet to have complaints when watching movies/tv late at night at a reasonable and enjoyable volume, and I also have the baby boomer sub hooked up. In terms of music - I find them more substantive and impressive with this medium - they are not overly bass heavy, so unless you have a particularly old apartment I think you will be quite happy with them. Everyone who has heard them comments on their fidelity and clarity.
However, I have never heard my neighbors voices or music, so our walls are decently soundproofed. The only sound I ever hear is the footsteps of the person above me or voices from a common corridor.
No, I think especially with a high ceiling and possible lots of hard surfaces, the SFITTWR 1050 are a fine choice. It would usually be a strong low frequency subwoofer that is noticed by neighbors. I believe the SFITTWR are excellent because of the loft style.

I have purchase speakers from you before for my surround sound at home and have been very happy.
I am looking for something more compact(and cheaper) for a summer cottage. Could you compare/contrast your HT 200 system for $400 vs the soundbar with wireless sub for around $200.
Is the HT 200 system twice as good?
Hi Thanks for your support of our great products and considering another item.
POWERONE HT 200 is signifcantly better than SYSTEM 8210 as it is our top of the line. There is also a engineering cost to extract a lot of bass and combine the SOUNDBAR all in 1 cabinet. It’s also designed to fit under the TV as a TV base. So, the POWERONE HT 200 is both a superior performer and also am engineering complexity. We use our patented port system to achieve great bass. Does it sound twice as good, probably not. Cost is very often a function of many factors. Does the $50,000 car perform twice as good as a $25,000 car? Usually not. SO, in this case the overall cost is still relatively low dollars, and POWERONE HT 200 I believe is an ideal product for a cottage or 2nd home.
A few more questions:
Are your systems Bluetooth compatible?
How is the bass from your QP 9W without a separate Subwoofer?
I like bass but my wife hates wires and visible speakers…
Again, this is for a beach cottage with 7 foot ceilings, not a huge media room.
