I rate the fountain system itself as one of the best.
However having to connect it to my home internet, and having to put an app on my phone just to turn it on really sucks. I rewired it to just work when plugged in. Lost the back light which helps in checking the level, and the mini scale that turns it off when the water runs low, but now it just works.
This is terrible. I ordered one and it started leaking from the power cord input. I got another one and same issue! I have reached out to their customer service several times for the past two weeks and they just stopped responding. Would not repurchase. Waste of money!

Leaking from the power cord input? Really? Perhaps you overfilled it?? Check the level on the front windows and keep the level just under MAX. It has a clear inner plastic reservoir to keep it from damaging the electronics underneath. The only other way that makes sense is if it is roughly handled and cracks when removed or refilled. Or maybe you took the reservoir out entirely??
It does say in the instructions and on an internal sticker not to fill it without the clear plastic container in place.
Man, I’m tempted to get this since my current cat fountain just bit the dust but… it looks pretty different from my current one and you know how cats are…a change like this might be too much for them.
