Got mine today. Description is not accurate…says its compatible with 2 heat/1 cool. It is in fact 1 heat/1 cool.
Still fine for my needs, just beware.
Specs from this site indicate the 2H/1C is for heat pump systems, but conventional systems are 1H/1C.
Is your system a heat pump or conventional system?
It should have been as advertised. Likely that Amazon has mixed inventory.

Oh I see. Thanks for correcting me. I installed 3 of them yesterday, very simple to do. I only use two wires, so it’s great that it has an internal jumper switch, unlike my old thermostats where I had to squeeze the extra bit of wire between screws. All working great so far.
