Who did the Refurbish of these carpet cleaners?? Hoover or a third party? I see a 6 month warranty is offered by Hoover, so I hope they are the ones who refurbished it. Thanks

I bought a refurb Hoover from here, it was missing some tools. I called the company and they were “nice” to send them. But they told me Reburb hoover stuff isnt supposed to come with any tools.

Mostly hard surface floors at my house, but I’ve been keeping my mother’s elderly rescue Yorkie for the past six months and she has staked out a couple of spots on the area rugs. (Sigh) This doesn’t cost much more than renting a carpet cleaner, so in for one.
