Hover 1 has no support. Bought both of my kids some electric scooters a few years ago. Kick stand fell off one and screws were gone. Hover 1 couldnt help. Had to take it to a hardware store to find screws to fit. Both fell over and snapped a handle off (thin metal tube that screws into the bar). Hover 1 couldnt help so i had to rig something up. Charging plug sticks straight out so if it falls over while plugged in, it snaps the charging plug. Fell over and cracked the little controller screen and Hover 1 has ZERO replacements. Their suggestion? Buy a new scooter!
Take a minute and look at their website for parts and see that they have no support, except for maybe some expensive chargers.
