Wishing you better times soon. Hope you are getting the health care needed and that you have someone who can check on you and perhaps shop for groceries when they shop and drop off when needed. My neighbor offered when I was ill.
The city nearby set such assistance up during the height of the pandemic as well. Few knew the kindness was out there. In some cities, they offer such as 211 phone call lines. Others use 311 for city sponsored assistance. No need to hesitate - it is setup by caring Americans for each other.

Had to my dog to the vet for something the other dog did and now scared what gonna happend.
So I’d say its been the worst day.
But me Im scared but okay and it shall get better.
