How can I order from sellout.woot?

Hi all I’m new to this site, I wanted to buy today’s item from sellout.woot.com and when i click the big yellow “i want one” it redirects me to yahoo page, then i click the deal of the day at yahoo it takes me back to woot. I click again the big yellow and takes me back to yahoo…

Can someone please tell me how I can buy from this site please?

This is the hardest online buy I’ve ever had in my whole life.

do you have cookies enabled? it sounds like the website is thinking you haven’t visited Yahoo recently (thus how Woot “sold out” to The Man)

that’s about the extent of my knowledge of sellout.woot issues… you may check with one of our mods, and if you haven’t tried it, see if you can post on the product thread…

I hope you got it, but if you are still struggling. . . you could try clearing your cookies and then start at the yahoo page.

(if you know how you might check your cookie advanced setting to make sure yahoo isn’t blocked.)

Try writing to service@woot.com.
You can also post this in world of woot, because staff reads that more than they read back here.

you know what would be useful? if staff and mods could see, like, all of the posts made everywhere in one place. mabe just a subset, like the last 100 or so, so they don’t get overwhelmed.

service@woot.com is really actually helpful. If you payment information is already in the system they can usually get you the item. However, they aren’t the fastest at emailing you back.

email directly to service@woot.com is the best option i can think of. you could also try posting directly in the sellout.woot product thread, mabe some paid staff mite be watching that thread.

Have you tried from another browser? (IE, FireFox, etc). Another computer?

Are you logged in when you click the button?

I’ve tried Firefox abd Chrome. Same thing happens.

I was logged in already.

Clear temps? I just tried it using IE7 on XP. Worked fine. Are you at work where something could be blocking it?

I always suggest trying someone elses computer just to see.

Had to log in with Linux in my laptop, then I was able to order.
