How to get return label resent?

CS isnt replying to any of my messages.

I cant download 2 return labels from the site, it says theyve been emailed. I log in using my Amazon account but when I didnt get the labels, i saw my actual Woot account uses an old email address no longer available.

I changed the email on my account to match the email used for Amazon.

However CS isnt replying to my request to resend me the return labels. I dont know why the option to directly download isnt even a thing. I have like 20 days left before the return window closes.

Anyone have ideas? I need to make the returns :frowning:

Also, the return labels will come directly from UPS and it’s possible CS hasn’t gotten to your request yet. They’re pretty backlogged.
