How to I return something with a battery?

I ordered a 10 inch Amazon fire tablet and received the wrong item (a smaller one). I’ve been trying to return it and it’s impossible. The website tells me to contact customer service because it has a battery. I have written 3 times to customer service and have not gotten a reply. I had to buy the one I wanted elsewhere but I want my money back from this one. Please help.

Hi there. When did you contact them. They’ve been slammed lately so responses are taking about 24h, maybe a bit longer.

Also, their response will go to the email address on your Woot account, not your Amazon login if used/different.

I contacted them last Saturday, and I have tried at least 2 more times. I’ll check the email, but I’m pretty sure it’s the same address. Thank you

You’ll want to check all your trash and junk folders too.

Looked at your orders and found that they sent an RMA label on 10/11. The labels come from UPS, not Woot.

If you still can’t find it, reach out to CS again with a different email address for them to try.
