The order was supposed to be delivered by Amazon Logistics but I keep receiving conflicting information from customer support giving me different dates that Amazon claims to have delivered it on. I am trying to figure out how to resolve the item and who to contact but Woot won’t give me any information. This is also frustrating because Woot is drawing out the process for so long that I missed my window to just buy the item again and request cancellation of the missing order. What have other people done?
Also I tried to leave feedback/open a claim using Amazon Shipping’s website after entering my tracking number and Amazon says it won’t let me leave feedback on a package that hasn’t been delivered yet—despite claiming they delivered it!
Hi there. Looking this morning, I’m seeing one was delivered last week and the other is being delivered today.
Sometimes Amazon deliveries get delayed. Sorry.
Yes I have an order out for delivery today, but that’s not the issue. The issue is that the previous order Amazon says was delivered last week was not delivered. I am trying to figure out how to report this missing package, but Woot told me to talk to the shipper and Amazon won’t let me/doesnt have an obvious place for me to open an inquiry.
