Purchased a wireless speaker. Turns out it is not compatible with Alexa (per Sony). It is reboxed and ready to send back. Ordered with free shipping from Amazon Prime account.
How do I send it back and whom do I call for the pick up? Do I pay return shipping?
Just use the good old support form! Click the little down arrow next to your username on the top right (or the little three dashes menu on mobile) and select Customer Service. Click the button saying it’s about an order, then on the next page say you want to cancel or return an order, select the order you want to return, and it will give you the options for returning it!
