How to update email address?

Hi,
I need to update the email address associated with my woot account, on the update page it asks for “woot password” . I sign in using Amazon and I don’t have a separate woot login, so what do I put in the woot password field? :sob:
The Amazon password doesn’t work there, I tried.

I basically need to cancel an order and I have emailed them but the email and responses are going to the old email address that I can no longer access (old edu email address, no longer supported by the institute).

I have also emailed customer service to help with this, haven’t heard back yet and I really would like to cancel the order before it ships.

Help please!

Unfortunately, Woot got locked out of the special system to update email addresses.

I will pass this on to staff to help you.

As noted, we’re currently locked out of our tool for assisting with email changes.

You can go ahead and email the request into CS and they can add you to the list.

Please reach out to support@woot.com and let them know you need to update your email address.

Please provide them with:

  • Old email address
  • New email address
  • Phone number where they can reach you
  • A good time to call including time zone
