Has anyone else encountered this same problem? Where they have bought an item refurbished, and bought it days before selling out just to be sent a different model of the product. Than when you email them they say they have sold out of the product! Logically thinking they would still have my item in the warehouse unless they are over selling people items. And instead of emailing the person they just send them a product and hope they keep it with a 50$refund (hilarious) im not sure what to think

Open Box & Warehouse Cleanout - Ship from our own DAL warehouse. We have human errors like any other place. There’s very limited inventory on these items so we often can’t replace.
Fulfilled by Amazon: Amazon can store things in the wrong place or break apart multipacks. Sometimes we may opt to not replace if we think you’re going to get the same wrong item.
Fulfilled by a Vendor: Sometimes they don’t count as well as we’d like.
Always reach out to customer service. They’ll help you out.
I have not had any issues with not getting a refund for a mistake that has been made. When I email them I make sure to put the sku number for the item I didn’t get and the item that I received. It is frustrating but Mistakes happen and computers are not always on point. I don’t feel there being lazy something may have been put in the wrong spot and when there doing there picks that’s what they grabbed.
