So, let me get this straight.
You are selling a laptop with no OS and putting in some tiny speakers of uprated naming licence?
Imagine the savings!

Oops, my bad. You are lowering the processor speed and replacing it with a touch screen.
What a deal!

cheaper by $2 whole dollars at Walmart.com, with free shipping! same model the 14-ca061dx

Not that this is (or is not) a great deal, but everything you have just implied was wrong.

The Chromebook comes with an OS, which will probably be better suited to the processor speed. My daughter made the mistake of buying the Lenovo equivalent of your Windows machine after the Houston floods - and it was essentially unusable. I just got her an older HP business machine (off Woot!).

And while the N3060 technically has a higher clock-speed, it isn’t necessarily a “faster” CPU, as it actually benchmarks slower.

Sold by some random retailer, not Walmart. No thank you. Plus they call it a Chomebook.

You are correct. The touch screen was optional, sorry to have been wrong and included it in the comparison.
If you are unable to remove bloatware from a manufacturer, then chrome is for you.
I prefer Windows for disconnected productivity. YMMV
