Product they sent does not match the description of the computer they where selling. Here is the description from my invoice:
HP 20-d030xt Envy TouchSmart All-in-One
They sent a 20inch. It also states in description it’s an i5 with 6 gigs of ram and what they sent is a i3 with only 4 gigs of ram.

Sorry to hear that the product you received has different peripherals than listed, not sure as to why you received a different comp.

Exactly the same issue, description was 23 inch, i5, 6 gb ram and what was delivered was 20 inch, i3, 4 gb ram. I have already contacted support.
