Time to learn all about the processor

CPU Benchmark

An Atom processor (tablet) on a desktop? No thanks.

HP Elitedesk 800 g1 usdt would be a much better option. The cheapest one would be an i3 based machine. It can be had for under $400. It comes with the same 3/3/3 warranty.

Save yourself $100 and get this. Better performance from a dual core Celeron.

Acer Aspire T3 Desktop PC 4GB Memory 500GB HDD - AT3-600-UR33

Passmark of today’s HP with the J2900 “quad core” 2075. The Passmark of the Acer Celeron dual core G1620 is 2671 and $100 less.

Acer has win 8…rather pay for win7…

You realize that you can make Windows 8 look and act pretty much like Windows 7 with classic shell and other programs-right?

Does that have an HDMI out? I cannot see anywhere where it would state that it does.

This was a hard spec to find. The only place I found it was going to ebay and searching on the model: AT3-600-UR33.I found a seller refurbished one that listed that it had HDMI. I can’t link to eBAY because I think woot might remove it. But if you just go there and search using that model number, look for the user refurbished one for $169.99.

You are the man! Thank you! This may be my next buy then. Much appreciated.

You would ACER would want to advertise that though.
