Why does the title and feature description say “Quad-Core” but the Specs list says “Dual-Core” processor?

It’s indeed a quad core. See the below benchmark:
https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+A8-7410+APU&id=2537

Also know that the CPU is worse than a core 2 quad from 2008 (It has a lower TDP however)
https://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Core2+Quad+Q6600+%40+2.40GHz

It is a quad core https://www.notebookcheck.net/AMD-A-Series-A8-7410-Notebook-SoC.144751.0.html, but a relatively weak quad core with a passmark of 2739. Not horrible, but like 1st generation I3-540 performance.

You yella rat bastards! My internet goes out for 15min and the thing is sold out. How dare you.

It’s quad-core.

Is there a Murphy’s Law for that?
