Purchased for 91yr old father to make his computing life easier with touch screen and fresh start. Instructed to upgraded to Win 10, which resulted in loss of sound drivers. Called HP and demanded support, even or refurbished machine. 1hrs later we had sound. Don’t care for Win 10, but will have to live with it. The price was right.
