No HDMI kills the deal.

HDMI requires a royalty to use. Displayport does not. Many manufacturers are switching to displayport.

I love DisplayPort. We have an adapter for DisplayPort to just about anything.
I also love the 8200 computers. I probably have a hundred and fifty of them out at various clients and they have performed exceptionally well over the years. Put a solid state drive in and there’s a lot of bang for your buck, plus an encryption chip, plus remote management for anybody who uses AMT/vPro. HP even has a current BIOS so they are good for HIPAA clients . All of ours are around 10 years old though so been replacing them. (Note the ad is for Win10 Home and you need Business for Bitlocker)

Here’s the lastest BIOS update for this system (can’t find it on the consumer site) that has microcode vulnerability updates from Intel: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-compaq-8200-elite-small-form-factor-pc/5037931/swItemId/vc-229778-2
