A batch of refurbished computers like this are often a mix of model numbers. They are brought up to the stated specs as a minimum.
I have an EliteBook and it has a webcam. You can see it in the top of the bezel in the detail product image if you zoom in. It is right next to the light switch.
It is a nice computer.
I had the 8470p model.It is pretty much the same, but has an I7. The only issued I had with mine was lack of HDMI, and the inability to mircast to my TV.

I hope I’m not too late but this thing makes a great Hackintosh I’m on 10.10.5 Yosemite and this thing is holding strong I upgraded the battery with a higher capacity one and upgraded the RAM to 16 gigabytes the only thing I haven’t gotten the working is the SD card slot and smart card both of which I have no use for. I do graphics work on this thing and it held up really really well.
Just got mine. Booted right up, slight wear on a couple keys, no big deal. Noticed that the “SuperMulti DVD±RW drive - watch movies on your computer; read and write CDs and DVDs in multiple formats” is actually just a dvd rom. Hp dvd d ds8d3sh ata. There is a sheet that gives the contact info for the seller, so I will be contacting them, hopefully get it sorted out.
Other than that, everything seems as advertised.
