Can you just prevent people from pointing out that the screen on a laptop of this size,age and price range is not 1080p? That would be a step in the right direction.

The screens are the worst part of these.

We ordered some Dell desktops from Newegg Business that were refurbished by Joy. No issues with those.

Great business class laptop. I have this exact same model/cpu and it’s been wonderful.

They give a year on all their refurbs. I’ve had a few laptops by them, purchased through New Egg (typing on one now, a year & 1/2 and still going strong). OS always a clean install - NO Bloatware. Joy has great tech support. They are located in New Jersey. The techs (also located in NJ, I believe) all speak American English.

Units are used, so some do look “crash and dent” but for the most part, good machines.

I had a fan fail a week after the one year warranty period, and they still sent one out. I had it the next day, (but I live out on Long Island, in NY State)

There ones we have at work with M.2 SSDs do not come with a connector and a frame to connect a hard drive. Do these have that connector and frame?

Hi. This laptop has two DIMM slots,ships w/8GB, and supports 16GB max memory.

Does this ship with (1) 8GB DIMM or (2) 4GB DIMMS?

In a batch of refurbished laptops, it can vary from laptop to laptop.

mine came in quick, looks like new except for that all the rubber feet have been pulled off. which wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt for a metal nipple in the center of the bottom that causes the unit to teater on hard surfaces. guess ill just have to put some corny craft store sticky nubs down there… which may interfere with docking station i hope to get later. bah
