I just got mine, is it normal for refurbished electronics to be pretty heavily scratched and dinged up? Some of the dents are along the edge where my hand rests when using the track pad. Plus the inside of the keyboard looks FILTHY. Gonna have to pick up some compressed air or something. Functionally the computer seems fine, it’s just cosmetically very clearly used.

How accurate is the delivery window of “Estimated delivery May 2 - May 4”? I ask not because I want it quicker, but because I actually want it to come in that time frame (or even after), since I’d like to have it delivered to my new office (in downtown Chicago), which we don’t move into until May 1. If your window of time is that short though, you might want to ship it to your home or another location.
It looks like the listing is now Sold Out, would I still be able to order a replacement? I like the computer but I just tried to use earbuds with the 3.5 jack and it wouldn’t play. I know it’s not the earbuds because they work on other devices.
