Can I upgrade the OS to Windows11?
Does it come with Bluetooth 5.1 and WIFI 6?
The CPU is NOT officially supported by W11.
I wouldn’t count on having either BT nor 802.11ax (WiFi 6). While these computers do have a M.2 slot for an adapter, it would have to have been equipped as such from the onset to include the wiring and antennas. This doesn’t appear to be as such, hence the inclusion of just a WiFi dongle.
