Piece of junk. It arrived without Windows being activated. The activation code on the chassis is invalid for the installed version of Windows. HP won’t help because it’s refurbished. Microsoft tech support called my daughter an idiot. Woot only offers RMA. So now I have to take away my granddaughter’s birthday gift. Good job, Woot.
