HP ENVY 15.6" Core i7 TouchSmart Laptop

I almost hit that button, then I noticed the resolution, rather low for such a powerful chip. This is especially mind boggling since the envy lineup is aimed at gamers and multimedia buffs, who would enjoy the higher resolution. This is not a business notebook, that would be the ProBook/Elitebook lineup.

I’ve always found it best to purchase the model you want, but with the smallest hard drive and least amount of memory. Upgrading yourself is far more cost-effective than buying upgrades from the manufacturer.

Seriously, the fact that call centers are located in India has nothing to do with the quality of their service. I’ll also mention I find them to be more pleasant than Americans (who demand a higher wage to boot) when it comes to customer service.
