Ohhhh, so close. I’ve been shopping for a laptop for a while. No SSD? No deal.

For this price, you could just buy a $100 SSD and replace the one that’s already there. It would still be a decent deal.

Yup, easiest thing to do it swap out the HDD and put in a SSD, you can get a 480GB for under $150, partition it into 2 sections, one for the OS, the other for quick storage, and take the original HDD, put it in a USB external case, and you have 1TB of extra storage. Ain’t but a thing… :slight_smile:

Or I could buy a new laptop from a different manufacturer with the exact same specs AND an SSD already installed for the same price. Costco has one, and it comes with a 2 year warranty.

edit: OK, the other one is a 15.6 display and non-touch.
