received my computer last night. Was excited to set it up. Got it all ready and connected it, only to find out, that refurbished meant ‘does not work’ - wouldn’t even turn on. Called HP - after 45 minutes with tech support, they said, has a bad hard drive. Quote “I would return it instead of sending it back to us for repair as you only got it yesterday - With us, it takes 7-10 working days for us to repair it, including shipping times” Over the years we have bought 7 computers/laptops from Woot - 3 of these have been failures from the start. If the deal is too good to be true, there is a reason.
