Something is up, both a friend and I bought these units and the supplied keyboard and mouse don’t work, there’s no dongle, and they appear to have no way to connect if there is an internal dongle, so beware.

Yes, HP confirmed the receiver is built in the case and factory paired, if the refurbisher puts the wrong keyboard/mouse in the box with the PC you’re out of luck unless you can convince HP to make a service call to replace the kbd/mouse/recv, I’m debating it vs just buying a set of Logitech KM

I have and they helped me, but a friend bought the same unit, has the same issue, and so far they just keep telling her to call HP, we’ll see what happens in the end and if she makes progress.
This was more a warning to others that we’re 2 for 2 in this porblem
Tell your friend to tell them what HP said.
