I have one. I’m typing from it. You can’t use it as a laptop, that is - typing on keyboard on your laps. And as a tablet Windows 10 is not as solid as iOS or Android. Other than that it’s pretty solid.

Does the SD-CARD slot connect through internal USB, SDIO, or PCI-e? I ask because if it is USB, I would be able to dual boot from it.

Also does the SD-CARD slot wholly fit the SD-CARD or does it partially stick out like a Mac?

Is the keyboard always connected over Bluetooth or do the metallic nubbins provide a wired connection when attached to the tablet?

Should’ve waited for this deal… however, not liking the speaker design. Looks like an old tube TV.

That probably means you will get better sound out those speakers. One of the MAJOR drawbacks of flat screen TVs is the pathetic sound you get out of them. This is mostly because manufacturers try to make the speakers as unnoticeable as possible.

Wow! Great specs! I just bought a new Surface Pro 3 128GB SSD and 4GB RAM, new and cheaper than online, or I would be jumping on it. Suggestion is to load all your programs on it first and then update to Windows 10. Quicken works for us on 10 but not when installed on a system already upgraded. I use a drive dock next to my desktop that has 1TB and I could use one for this one too as it is a good size for a desktop as well.
