Printer indicates that the toner cartridge included is empty!
Hello there. You might check to see if the setting needs to be reset. If you don’t figure it out, reach out to Woot! Customer Service.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Bought another toner cartridge. Could have bought this new, I think. Cartridges are $50! Very expensive dirt!
Awww. Please contact CS and let them know that it did not come with a cartridge as stated. They’ll likely have some options to make this a bit better.
