So, I just purchased this deal two weeks ago when it was first online. Purchased the 32 GB version with 4 GB video card. Had delivered a 16 GB version with 2 GB video card. Of course they were “out of stock” so unable to send me a replacement with what I had actually paid for…offered me a partial refund. It’s displeasing to me that, considering how you were “out of stock” less than a week ago, you are now offering the EXACT SAME desktop for sale.
I’m really sorry to hear about that. I’m going to reach out to my connections at customer service to see what went wrong.
