I think I got scammed. I ordered this almost 2 weeks ago and expected a HP original 148X blackjack toner cartridge in received in mail a offbrand bootleg version of the same cartridge. I waited almost 3 weeks for this item just for it to be a offbrand version. I didn’t receive anything. It looks like in the images or description something completely different. Am I the only one who has this issue?
I want too send images of what I received, but discussion forms do not allow me and same with email sent directly to woot.
If you reached out to CS you should receive an email from info@woot.com. Once you do you can reply to that email thread and attach photos that way if they are requested.
Yeah at the end they took extremely long to respond to messages and after proving that they shipped me the wrong item and wasted a lot of my time all they offered in compensation was for me to return the item and just get a refund. In the end my time and money was wasted I see woot customer service in a different light, and i still didn’t get my ink
I’m sorry for the issue. We had a surge of contacts combined with a staff shortage. Sorry for the delay in responding. We can only offer a return for refund as we don’t currently have the correct item to ship out. 
I know but man I waited a long time for a useless item and I gotta get a uber to the post office just to return this, so I am out of more money then I spent and it’s been like a week to reach this conclusion and it feels unethical and disappointed since it’s a first problem I ever had with woot
