Is this laptop eligible for Win 11 upgrade, and for free?

I bought my first Pavillion on Woot in 2014, and finally in 2022 bought a clean one. The purple refurbished 17” lasted me a long time, and still runs pretty good.
Ps. I ordered maroon ;(

I think the processor is on the supported list for Windows 11.
