Didn’t find the model number so not 100% sure but pretty confident. FYI, there is only one RAM slot is easily user accessible, laptop comes with two 4GB RAMs so no empty slot available. You can upgrade to up to 16GB(2X8GB). Please note it is impossible to access the hard drive without crack open the laptop. If you are thinking about SSD upgrade, you may think twice, unless you have the right tool you may damage the laptop when opening it up.

Best Buy Canada not thrilled w/it on 3 reviews,$899 Canadian there:

It seems to match the specs.

If anyone else has a better guess to correct me or can confirm this, great.

CPU Benchmark

Is this new…or used?

It’s factory reconditioned, so it’s been used at some point/some way.

Does anyone know if this is a touch screen? I doubt it but can’t find a model no.

The Specs tab lists the following for the Display Type: HD+ BrightView LED-backlit

It doesn’t look like this model is touchscreen. We list that in the specs, and usually in the title, too, if it’s a touchscreen model. Hope that helps!
