Bought this, and just waiting to see how great it really is!
Mine was DOA. returned it on 4/9, and someone in Carrolton signed for it on 4/13. Just emailed service to see when the credit would be issued, and got a generic statement that the credit would be issued 7-10 days after Woot “receives” the product. Sheesh! You can even tell me that you’ve received it? I thought Verizon was bad…
I understand your concern. Please rest assured they will get to it as soon as they can. They process all returns in the order they were received.
