i’ll have someone check into it monday. it may be another case of the server letting too many orders through.
Woot emailed and said that my order was cancelled and the money was refunded, but they couldn’t tell me why. They blamed it on someone leaving the company. Should it take 5 emails before getting a response? Pretty poor customer service if you ask me.
everyone’s still getting adjusted to filling those positions, and unfortunately it’s gone a lot less smoothly than they had hoped.
