Smallish HD for not being SSD and no wireless AC. The RAM is upgradable and it’s an i5…this one doesn’t seem too bad for $200, eh?

VGA but no HDMI? Weird.

Same spec PC is 157.50 (afterwards 10% discount code) on newegg, Woot’s one-day deal couldn’t even undercut another popular sites constant deal :frowning:

Yeah, I’ve noticed that too. I did snag a decent price on the UPS a couple weeks ago but used my prime log in to get free shipping. Newegg give free shipping on most of their stuff and they still don’t charge sales tax on the majority. IT’s gotten to the point where I’m “window” shopping Amazon and buying off NewEgg, even Ebay and Fry’s. Amazon has gotten to where they charge you a sales tax on stuff coming strait from China now and they are just handling the transaction. :frowning:

NewEgg’s unit looks to be Grade B with a 90 Day warranty vs this item Grade A with a 1 Year Warranty.

It’s and HP laptop, it probably had a DisplayPort not HDMI (it appears so from the images)

Specs tab shows both VGA and DisplayPort.

Considering this laptop for a 9 year old. He would primarily use it for school work.
Understanding that this isn’t a gaming laptop, can anyone offer insight on how this laptop would do with running Fortnite - if he was interested?
Personally, I would add 4GB more RAM, because I think Win10 needs at least that.
