BEWARE! I ordered this laptop on February 20. They shipped the laptop but did not include the Active Pen (an extra $40 from the model without). So, I contacted woot on February 23 regarding it, They did not reply to my email, instead a $15 credit to my account. No explanation. This didn’t cover the cost of the missing stylus as the model without was only $299. Bad customer service Woot!
Sorry for the problem. I do see that they emailed you about the refund. Make sure you check your spam/junk folders.
Did you check on the computer itself? I’m not sure if this one has a pen holder built in.
